Pradeep\u2019s <\/span>commitment<\/span><\/a> to education was evident as he went on to complete his graduation and post-graduation, demonstrating how strongly he felt about personal growth and setting the stage for his career. But his passion for education didn’t stop there. He continued his journey by pursuing a Bachelor of Education degree from Jammu University.<\/span><\/p>\n Inspiration<\/b><\/p>\n With his strong educational background and a deep desire to make a positive impact, Pradeep set out on a mission to improve the lives of those around him. He recognized the importance of digital literacy in today’s job market and established a computer institution in 2010 to provide his <\/span>community<\/span><\/a> with essential skills for success. This initiative attracted nearly 100 students, all eager to enhance their digital skills.<\/span><\/p>\n However, Pradeep’s commitment to his community extended far beyond digital literacy. \u201cI realized that there was a need for proper English education in my community and we had no English medium schools in Bilaspur at the time,\u201d he shares how disappointed he was which eventually fueled his <\/span>determination<\/span><\/a> to make a change. Undeterred by this setback, he conducted extensive research to better understand the needs of his community. This academy will offer students top-notch coaching and training facilities, empowering them to reach their full potential in the sport they love.”<\/span><\/p>\n Relationship with Varthana<\/b><\/p>\n In 2022, Pradeep realized the importance of improving his school’s infrastructure to stay competitive in the education market. To achieve this transformation, he decided to partner with <\/span>Varthana<\/span><\/a> and easily secured a loan of 5 lakhs. \u201cWe used the funds to upgrade our school’s facilities and provide better resources for our students. We were able to create more comfortable seating arrangements and even bought a vehicle to make it easier for students from nearby villages to attend school,\u201d he adds. \u201cWe also invested in sports equipment to ensure our students have a well-rounded education that includes physical development. I am very pleased with the fast and efficient loan process provided by Varthana.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Schools during covid<\/b><\/p>\n The pandemic presented a new set of challenges for Pradeep and his institution. With the closure of schools, he realized the need to shift to online classes to ensure that his students did not lose out on their learning. But it wasn’t easy at first. Teachers didn’t have the right skills and some students couldn’t join online classes. To <\/span>overcome<\/span><\/a> this, Pradeep provided training to all his teachers for handling online classes. \u201cWith time, most of our students were able to attend classes online. However, as the pandemic raged on, the challenges continued,\u201d he recalls.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When schools reopened, Pradeep noticed that his students had fallen behind because of the long time they spent learning remotely.
