In Mala Khera, Rajasthan, where dreams often begin from modest roots, Sukhpal Prajapat, the founder of Prince Academy, shares a story of dedication, sacrifice, and the life-changing impact of education<\/a>. \u201cI come from a very poor background; my parents made and sold soil utensils for a living,\u201d Sukhpal recalls. Despite the challenges of growing up in poverty, Sukhpal\u2019s journey from a childhood spent in hardship to leading a successful educational institution is truly inspiring. \u201cEducation was my only hope, and I knew it was the only way to change my future,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n

His commitment to education is evident in every step he took, driven by the desire to uplift not just himself, but also those around him. \u201cI wanted to build a school where children from all walks of life could dream big and achieve more,\u201d Sukhpal emphasizes, reflecting on his mission to make a difference.<\/p>\n

Roots of Aspirations<\/h2>\n

As a young boy, Sukhpal\u2019s good behavior made him a favorite among his teachers, who saw his potential. When asked about his goals, his response always stayed the same: “I want to become a good teacher<\/a>.” He had no idea that this simple dream would one day grow into the creation of Prince Academy.<\/p>\n

After earning his MA and B.Ed degrees and gaining six years of teaching experience, Sukhpal decided to start his own school. Despite the village already having four private and three government schools, he was not discouraged. “There was a gap in quality education<\/a>, and I knew I had to fill it,” he recalls. His vision was clear: “I wanted to build a school that truly made a difference in the lives of the children.”<\/p>\n

Envisioning Growth<\/h2>\n

The beginning was tough, with only 70 students enrolling in the first year. However, Sukhpal\u2019s determination and belief in his vision turned Prince Academy into a flourishing institution with 300 students and another 150 attending evening coaching classes. Most of these students come from labour and farming families, reflecting the trust they place in the school\u2019s commitment to their children\u2019s education.<\/p>\n

Prince Academy is known not only for its academic success but also for its focus on overall student development<\/a>. Sukhpal\u2019s dedication to providing essential facilities, like a playground, quality furniture, and inverters to handle power outages, shows his commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.<\/p>\n

With 13 years of experience, Sukhpal emphasizes, \u201cQualified and experienced teachers play a crucial role in delivering quality education.\u201d He doesn\u2019t stop at his own achievements; he mentors and guides new teachers, ensuring the standards at Prince Academy remain high. \u201cI believe in supporting teachers so that they can give their best to the students,\u201d Sukhpal adds, highlighting his ongoing dedication to excellence. \u201cIt\u2019s not just about education; it\u2019s about nurturing the whole child and preparing them for the future.\u201d<\/p>\n

Varthana as a Progress Partner<\/h2>\n

In times of financial difficulty, Varthana was a key support for Prince Academy. “The financial assistance from Varthana was a game-changer,” says Sukhpal. The funds were used to buy projectors, essential equipment for larger classes, and extra furniture. “These upgrades led to an increase of around 120 students,” Sukhpal notes. “We are truly grateful, as this support was crucial for our growth,” he adds.<\/p>\n

Future Goals<\/h2>\n

Looking ahead, Sukhpal has a vision for Prince Academy that goes beyond its current success. “I see a future where we continually improve and raise academic standards each year,” he says. He believes that education should aim to offer better opportunities to society, not just focus on financial gain. “Our goal should be to support and guide parents, especially those who may not have had the chance to be educated themselves,” he emphasizes. “By doing this, we can help them provide the best education for their children,” he adds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
