Slowly, his interest began shifting towards teaching. Looking back, Prakash recalls, \u201cIt was during my first six months of teaching that I found a strong connection with learning. That experience changed my path and gave me the push I needed to establish Jay Karni Adarsh Sr. Sec School in Balesar, Jodhpur.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prakash shares, \u201cOur school, which started with modest beginnings, has now become a pillar of quality education, serving the entire Balesar community.\u201d His journey from a dedicated teacher to the leader of a thriving school highlights his unwavering commitment to education and the impact it has had on countless students.<\/p>\n

School\u2019s Influence on Students<\/h2>\n

Speaking about his school, Prakash shares, \u201cBack in 2002, we started this school to provide education up to the 12th grade in both science and arts, in Hindi and English mediums<\/a>.\u201d Over time, the school steadily grew, and by the academic year 2016-17, a dedicated building was constructed\u2014an important step in its journey.<\/p>\n

Prakash reflects, \u201cWe began with just 40 students, but today, Jay Karni Adarsh Sr. Sec School is home to 700 students.\u201d Known for its excellent board results<\/a> and disciplined environment, the school has become a cornerstone of education in the community.<\/p>\n

Driven by a passion for personal attention and quality education, Prakash adds, \u201cI have taken an active role in our academic journey, teaching English to students from the 9th to 12th grades.\u201d This focus on structured learning and academic rigor has yielded remarkable results. \u201cOut of my students, nearly 70 are now working as government employees, several are doctors, and some have become Chartered Accountants,\u201d Prakash proudly shares.<\/p>\n

Beyond academics, the students are encouraged to participate in sports, excelling in district-level tournaments in kho-kho, kabaddi, and volleyball, reflecting the school\u2019s commitment to holistic development.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the challenges during the construction of the school building in 2016-17, Prakash expresses gratitude for the help he received from Varthana.
