This admiration led him to do some research. \u201cI discovered that Milton was also the name of John Milton, a great English poet who, despite being blind, wrote Paradise Lost. His resilience inspired me,” he explains.<\/span><\/p>\n Venkatesh chose the name Milton for his school, believing it symbolized both strength and excellence, qualities he wanted his school to reflect.<\/span><\/p>\n Venkatesh started Milton School in Raichur with the simple goal of shaping young minds. \u201cWe began with four classes, from 1st to 4th, teaching in Kannada medium,\u201d he shares. As the school grew, \u201cWe switched fully to English medium as fewer students chose Kannada,\u201d he explains.<\/span><\/p>\n Milton School faced many challenges, especially lacking a proper building. \u201cWe operated from a temple, moved to rented premises, and finally built our own school in 2013.
