Before going ahead with ways to retain the best teachers, let us take a look at some facts.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Why do the best teachers leave?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI didn\u2019t know that you were leaving\u201d is an oft repeated statement in an educational establishment that doesn\u2019t listen to its employees.
