Looking back, he says, “The journey was not easy. I faced many financial challenges, but my determination helped me reach my goals.” Mohit grew up in a close-knit family, including his father, a passionate photographer, his mother, a dedicated homemaker, his grandparents, and a younger sister who is currently studying. He reflects, “Though my family was always very supportive of my education when it came to financially backing me, they could only contribute about 10% of my education costs.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Driven by his strong desire for education, Mohit took charge of his future, proving that hard work and determination can lead to success.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taking the Initiative<\/span><\/h2>\n

He started his studies in Jaipur and recalls, “I began my senior secondary education in the non-medical stream through Hindi medium. I was determined and even prepared for government exams after my 12th grade.” After graduating from Rajasthan University, Mohit\u2019s goals changed, but he didn\u2019t stop. He aimed for an MBA to improve his knowledge and career prospects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“That\u2019s when reality struck\u2014I realized I needed to be financially stable to keep pursuing my dreams.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coping with Financial Struggles<\/span><\/h2>\n

Financial constraints were a constant challenge. When Mohit decided to pursue an MBA, his family couldn\u2019t cover the expenses. Yet, he stayed determined. \u201cI asked my mother for help, and she managed to arrange Rs. 50,000 for my education,\u201d he shares. This support meant everything, but Mohit still had to tackle most of the financial burden on his own.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mohit first tried to get a loan from a leading bank in India, but his low CIBIL score led to rejection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt was during my third semester that I learned about Varthana, which offered education loans without needing traditional salary slips. This was definitely a turning point in my educational journey.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

His dedication paid off when he became the only student in his cohort to land a placement. He reflects, \u201cThis achievement gave me a significant boost and great momentum in my life, laying a strong foundation for my career.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Building a Career<\/span><\/h2>\n

After finishing his MBA, Mohit began working in the banking sector and successfully completed a banking course. He is satisfied with his job and the financial rewards that come with it. He shares with genuine excitement, \u201cEach job switch resulted in salary hikes of 40-50%, which shows my growing skills and the positive impact of my educational path.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Reflecting on his career, he states, \u201cI credit my MBA for giving me the important knowledge and skills I needed. The mix of classroom learning and practical experience from my part-time job helped me stand out in the job market.\u201d After securing his placement, he never looked back. Future Aspirations<\/span><\/h2>\n

Looking toward the future, Mohit has set his sights on ambitious goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He adds, \u201cMy passion for finance goes beyond just personal success; I want to guide others in their investments, sharing my knowledge to help them navigate their financial journeys.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

A Message to the Youth<\/span><\/h2>\n

Mohit understands the difficulties many students face when pursuing education due to financial limitations. He emphasizes, \u201cWe all recognize the potential within India\u2019s youth, but many talented individuals are unable to fulfill their educational aspirations due to economic barriers.\u201d He is concerned about the high unemployment rate in India, currently at 24%, which he hopes to address through education.<\/span><\/p>\n

He advocates for expanding financial support systems and encourages companies like Varthana to continue providing loans to students. Mohit believes, \u201cEducation is essential for personal and societal growth,\u201d urging students to seek financial help to achieve their dreams. He adds, \u201cIf I can do it, then other students can too. If you have talent, you will get an education and a job.\u201d His words show that determination and support can lead to great outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n
