Varthana has a defined turnaround time of 7 to 14 working days for all queries. Upon receiving a consent withdrawal request, your credit information will be permanently deleted. You will be notified through a confirmation email after the withdrawal of consent is complete.

Customer Complaint and Grievance Redressal

We are committed to ensuring that all grievances received are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 working days.

Level 2

If the customer is unsatisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1 or Grievance remains unresolved for a period of 15 days, Customer may choose to write/escalate to our Grievance Redressal cum Nodal Officer whose details are mentioned below.
