Bhupendra Kumar S has 17+ years of experience and knowledge of the dynamics of lending for housing finance and mortgage loans. He joined Varthana in 2015 as the Head of Technical. Bhupendra provides the company with a competitive edge by aligning technical aspects with its business operations.
Currently, at Varthana, he works closely with the underwriting, business and legal teams on technical policies and technical evaluation process. Bhupendra also helps in growing the business and mitigating risk by managing the internal technical team that works with well-versed vendors across India. Prior to joining Varthana, he headed strategic initiatives at Varuna Associates, DHFL, Indian School Finance Company and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Bhupendra graduated in Civil Engineering from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Sciences in Telangana.
