Sumit Gawshinde is a versatile business professional, with over 19 years of collections and sales experience for both secured and unsecured portfolios with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.
Sumit has completed Masters of International Business after graduating in Commerce from Indore. Post that, he has worked at Eli Lilly and ICICI Bank. Prior to joining Varthana, he was working at Kotak Mahindra Bank since 2007, spearheading their Collections activities in South and East as VP and Zonal Head. Sumit brings along in-depth expertise in Flow management, Deep bucket recoveries, Fraud detection and possesses sound knowledge of Litigation management. He has managed large teams and has travelled across the country for work and leisure.
