Yogesh Gaat handles important business activities for smooth functioning of the business to ensure short term earnings while at the same time keeping the business operations aligned with long term goal of the organization. As a Chief Business Officer, Yogesh is required to provide senior strategic leadership of business development to grow market share and increase income through full cost and commercial expansion, along with planning and overseeing marketing and lead generation.
Prior to joining Varthana in 2020, Yogesh worked in companies like Karvy Financial Services as CEO & Managing Director, STCI Finance as MD & CEO, Reliance Capital as GroBusiness Head and HDFC Bank as Product Head. He also served companies like ICICI Bank and Tata Motors.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical / Automobile degree, from D Y Patil College of Engg D Y Patil College of Engg and received a Diploma in Business Management from VKM’s SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Bangalore.
