Customer Complaint and Grievance Redressal

We are committed to ensuring that all grievances received are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 working days.

Level 2

If the customer is unsatisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1 or Grievance remains unresolved for a period of 15 days, Customer may choose to write/escalate to our Grievance Redressal cum Nodal Officer whose details are mentioned below.

Grievance Redressal Officer shall examine the grievance and endeavor to resolve the same within 15 working days from the date of escalation.

Level 3

If the customer is unsatisfied with the resolution provided at Level 2 or Grievance remains unresolved for a period of 15 days from date of escalation. Customers may choose to further escalate the complaint to our Principal Officer whose details are mentioned below.

The Principal Officer shall examine the grievance and endeavor to resolve the same within 15 working days from the date of escalation to Level 3.

Level 4

If the customer is unsatisfied with the resolution provided at Level 3 or Grievance remains unresolved for a further period of 15 days, Customer may choose to write to the RBI Ombudsman through any of the touch points mentioned below.
