As part of the MoU more than 20,000 schools served by Eupheus Learning can have easy access to Varthana’s finance solutions. Varthana’s network of 4,000 schools can finally avail of Eupheus Learning’s smart offerings as well.

Eupheus Learning, India’s largest school-focused distribution platform with a reach of 20,000 schools, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Varthana Finance Private Ltd., India’s largest education-focused non-bank financial company (NBFC). Both companies share a common vision to democratise access to quality education and learning aids in affordable private schools.

Under the strategic partnership, the two companies will use their respective networks to strengthen schools by providing financing options as well as a diverse range of educational offerings. Such financial support will empower schools to expand infrastructure, invest in teacher training, and implement new learning methods in classrooms.

“Varthana Finance was founded with a vision to transform affordable education in India by financially supporting private schools and students throughout the country. School closures as a result of the Covid pandemic have led to significant setbacks in learning levels throughout the country, and it is more important than ever to invest in improving our education system,” Yogesh Gaat, Chief Business Officer, Varthana.

Through this MoU, Varthana’s 4,000+ school partners will get access to 21st Century School OS and the largest catalog of educational offerings from Eupheus Learning.
