Quitting A Stable Career

Deepak Dangi, inspired by his father’s wisdom, decided to pursue a meaningful path by starting Blue Bells Sports School, despite having a stable career. Feeling a strong connection to his family’s roots, he aimed to make a positive impact on the local community. 

Working alongside his father, the father and son duo crafted a plan to improve educational opportunities for students in Kailash. Both shared a deep belief in the transformative power of education and today they run the school together, striving to turn their collective vision into a reality. Their ultimate goal is to enrich the lives of countless individuals through quality education.

How The School Started

Deepak, a mathematics graduate with three years of corporate experience, decided to follow his father’s advice and enter the education sector. In 2017, Blue Bells Sports School was established, with Deepak leading as Director, his father as President, and his sister as Principal. Highlighting the school’s growth, Deepak mentions, “Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, our school, which initially had 34 students, now serves approximately 700 students from nursery to 12th grade.”

Leadership and Management

As the director, Deepak oversees the school’s day-to-day operations. He mentions, “Our school has made impressive progress, maintaining a 97% pass rate in 12th-grade exams.” He acknowledges the hard work of the 24 teachers, saying, “The dedicated team has been crucial in achieving this success, especially during challenging times like the lockdown.” Regarding adapting to technology, Deepak states, “We quickly shifted to online classes, ensuring uninterrupted education while following COVID guidelines.”

Parental Engagement 

Aside from managing the school’s daily activities, Deepak emphasizes, “We actively involve parents, valuing their role and feedback in a student’s educational journey.” Addressing curriculum standards, he adds, “Blue Bells Sports School’s achievements stem from timely syllabus completion and a focus on thorough practice using sample papers, ensuring students are fully prepared for exams.” Ultimately, this holistic approach fosters a supportive and effective learning environment for all students.

Varthana’s Role In Expansion

Deepak’s partnership with Varthana has played a vital role in the school’s growth. Being associated with Varthana for three years, the connection has been built on trust and assistance. Deepak remarks, “Varthana’s help came when we needed it most, enabling the construction of additional classrooms, a move that greatly contributed to the school’s expansion and ability to accept more students.” Deepak’s commitment, along with Varthana’s dedication to promoting educational advancement, has transformed Blue Bells Sports School into a hub of learning excellence and growth.

Future Plans

Looking ahead, Deepak plans to expand the school further. He explains, “By constructing additional classrooms and integrating modern amenities and digital tools, our school aims to accommodate more students while upholding our commitment to providing quality education.”
